Shipping and Returns


Deliveries are currently only available within the United States and/or to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we cannot ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time.

Currently we only offer one shipping method - Standard Domestic - via Fedex, which generally takes about 3-5 business days depending on your location.

We offer flat shipping rates of $7.50 for orders up to $99.00 and $10.00 for orders from $100.00 and above.

Most orders that are in stock will be shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on the time the order is placed, once confirmed for availability and the payment is approved. All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order.


All products may be returned for a full refund and/or exchanged with proof of purchase within 14 days upon receipt of the order. All returns and/or exchanges must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. DUFFIE is not responsible for return shipping costs. However, a pre-paid return label may be provided upon request, which will be deducted from the refund. We will pay for shipping costs when sending back products that are exchanged.

Any product that is incorrect or defective upon arrival must be notified immediately prior to returning the order by contacting us via email at sales@duffiejeans.com to ensure a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges and new shipment on incorrect or defective items will be paid by DUFFIE. 

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and can be expected within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned product.
